Item recommendations is not working and cannot update the item! OPEN ticket but no updates
This is so frustrating - Ebay shows now 5 of my items with Item Recommendations BUT you cannot do anything with the recommendations. This USED to work but has not in a few weeks.
I opened a ticket earlier this last week and the lady said or at least I think she said that it should be address within 24-48 hours but of course have not hear anything and the items still cannot be updated.
Have tried this on 2 phone apps, 1 desk top and 1 lap top - have tried clearly history, etc and still does not work so this is not on our side - EBAY needs to address and fix.
Oh and no sales on these items as well!
Frustrated seller and been on Ebay for well over 20 years!
