Item recieved different than what was pictured j. The description.
Back story, ir arrived very late, I had contacted the seller and was told they "couldn't find it." I opened a case and suddenly it was in the mail. I did contact the seller before it was sent and they promised a refund.... then no refund... all th while seller was definitely goving me attitude.
The item arrived late (as mentioned) but it was a different model than the picture in the listing. It was also damaged. I contacted the seller, and said they sent me the wrong item and also missing a part. They then (for lack of better words) went offf on me and threatened me because the listing title stated what board was going to be sent.
So my questions this, what do I do?
They were very explicit with the threats, and I misunderstood what item I was receiving.
They have my address and name so I'm paranoid of reporting them.

You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a RETURN using the reason "Does not match pictures or description". eBay will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label regardless of the Seller's return policy. You return the item and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you. Failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund. You do NOT have to be in contact with the Seller during this return process.
