Item received was not the one pictured in the auction
I bought a hat that doesn’t match the one pictured in the auction. When I reached out to the seller they said they may offer me a discount but no other communication. They are picturing a very nice hat and selling a very cheap knock off. What should I do?

Mentor2 years agoIf you receive an item that is "not as described" you can return it at the seller's expense for a full refund.

If the seller does not cooperate by providing a prepaid return label, paying for return shipping or refunding you when tracking shows delivery back to the seller, after three business days ask eBay to step in and refund you.
