Item received was not as listed, contacted the seller who didn't reply, then contacted Ebay for the "Money Back Guarantee". Received a confirmation of my message but now 4 days later , no response from Ebay. Do I have any further alternatives?

Mentor2 years agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
