Item received was incomplete and reporting window has closed
Has anyone been able to report a seller to Ebay? I received a partial shipment (box without craft contents as advertised) and the seller kept promising it was on it's way. Then, after awhile, promising to resend the item. Then, promising a refund. None of this came true. I tried the automated help which kept asking me to select an item. Naturally, I could not since the item was ordered too long ago. I got caught in a loop with that chat so just gave up. I can't contact an agent either because the automated chat keeps asking me to choose an item from my purchase list, which doesn't go back far enough. I was trying to give the seller the opportunity to make good and let that final date to request a refund slip by.
