Item received that was not as described
Summary: ungermm0977 received a weed trimmer that didn't match the description and requested a partial refund from the seller. They have not yet received a response and are inquiring about the waiting period before they can open a case.
I received a weed trimmer on Sept. 19 that was not as described. The listing was for a Black+Decker model LST136 which has a PowerControl dial, a 15 inch cutting swath, and an automatic feed spool. I received a Black+Decker model LST140 instead which doesn't include these features. I immediately sent the seller a message of the problem with an option that I keep the trimmer I received if they would refund 10% of my purchase amount or how they would like to proceed. I have not received a response yet. How long do I have to wait to open a case.
