Item received not one in picture
I ordered a side mirror for my car, and the one that I received is not the one in the picture and subsequently does not fit the car. I can return it BUT I HAVE to pay the shipping ..I do not think this is fair. How can I get the seller to reimburse for shipping?

If you choose ‘Item doesn’t match description or photos’ as the reason for wanting to return the item … the seller will be required to pay the return shipping.
If you choose ‘Item doesn’t fit’ as the reason … that is considered a ‘buyer’s remorse’ reason, and you will be required to pay return shipping.
It’s an aspect of the rules that doesn’t always turn out fair IMHO. Once you’ve chosen the ‘reason’ for the return … then you’re stuck with it. You can only learn from the experience. I’m sorry. ☹ï¸

Mentor3 years agoIf you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
