Item received missing part shown in listing - Buyer not responding
Summary: 2frew4u purchased a used trailer tow bar that was supposed to include a wiring harness, as shown in the listing photos, but the harness was missing upon delivery. Despite reaching out to the seller twice over the past couple of weeks, there has been no response. 2frew4u is struggling to find appropriate contact options on eBay to address the issue, as existing tools do not cover their specific problem of the missing part.
I purchased a used OEM trailer tow bar for my car and in the listing pictures it included the (needed) wiring harness but the wiring harness was not received with the delivered item. I have tried contacting seller twice over past couple weeks with no response.
I cannot find any eBay contact information for my situation. The Help/Contact tool options don't fit my situation as, I am not buying, or selling, or returning an item, I am trying to get help with contacting and getting response from seller to receive the missing piece.

The way to resolve a missing item is to open a Return Request
You should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Missing Parts & Pieces" OR "Different from what I ordered > Didn't Match Description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.

If the seller doesn't provide a refund, send the replacement item, or issue a valid return label after 3 full business days; you will be able to Ask eBay to Step In

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.
