Item received is not as described by seller

Question

Hello team, I purchased a completed collection from Panini Qatar 2022 but I realized that there 9 cards missing from 442-450 CONTENDER. The seller confirmed the 495 in the advertising and in the chat [I keep the conversation]. The problem is the I used the address from my family in Spain as I live in the UAE and the shipping cost were more expensive. Only this week I was able to check the item [the item was delivered in Oct-Nov]. I contacted the seller but he hasn't replied yet. Any advice?

I know that I passed the 30 days but this doesn't change the fact that the seller scammed me. I was expecting Ebay to try to put some sense in between. But I am not able to contact them. Any advice? email address or phone number? I live in Spain. Thanks

Since eBay only covers an item for 30 days from delivery to the address provided by you on payment you are long past any help from eBay. You could try asking your payment source if they can help.
