Item Received Is Damaged
I ordered a framed mirror and it was received today, but it has two large cracks. I emailed the Seller and have not had a response yet. How long is appropriate to wait for a response? Also, I want to keep the item and just replace the mirror because I love the frame, but would like a partial refund since I will have to pay to get a new mirror. Can Sellers refund money?

Mentor3 years ago@bonlo-74 yes, sellers can give partial refunds. the seller may ask u to send a photo of the damage.
when u message them again, upload a photo and ask if they are willing to give u a partial refund, otherwise, u can open a return request for damaged item and the seller will have to supply u with a pre paid return shipping label, so i am guessing they would rather give u a discount.
