Item received different from advertised item
hello. I bought a New MacBook Pro M4 512 GIG and 16gRAM, but I received an open box M3 512 and 8GIG. The seller insist he old the advertised item.

If you receive an item that does not match the description, file a "not as described" return and return the item at the seller's expense. The process is automated; if the seller does not cooperate at any point, ask eBay to step in after three business days.
