Item received damaged, buyer sent photos that are not consistent with seller packaging
Summary: 64treasurehunt initiated a discussion regarding an item received in a damaged condition. The buyer provided photos, but there seems to be a discrepancy between the pictures and the seller's packaging. disneyshopper responded, but no content details are provided. The issue revolves around inconsistencies in photographic evidence relating to the shipment's condition.
I sent an order out with 2 coffee mugs. I received a message from the buyer who stated one of the mugs was broken. The picture she sent shows the mugs wrapped in brown paper wrapping. I did not wrap them in brown paper. I wrapped each mug individually in a white bubble envelope. The box shows no signs of damage. I cannot find anywhere where I can explain my side to Ebay. I feel like it is the buyers word against mine. It is the principle, not the money. What can I do? I cannot find a phone number that goes to a real person and AI keeps telling me I am calling outside of regular business hours. I have tried calling for days at all different times.
