item received by buyer after eBay refunded their money!

Question

Buyer opened refund request due to item being delivered late! (Thank you eBay under $20 shipping envelope)

Ebay refunded the buyer then the item showed delivered a week later. Buyer still stated he has not received the item. (which in turn leaves neutral feedback!!

No response or refund of my payment form eBay.

eBay will not (cannot) pull the money back from the buyer. You will have to work with the buyer to arrange repayment.

Some folks are honest and will repay, othersâ€¦ wellâ€¦
