Item received but wbay wont say its delivered
I sold a package a while back and it’s says received and I messaged the buyer and they say it is received to but eBay has it marked as shipping and I can’t get a payout. What should I do?

Mentor1 week agoGo to the Sold & shipped item, click on the tracking number to be taken to the carrier's website. Look for the link to enter your email address to be sent updated tracking information. That should lead the carrier to updating the tracking information to ebay.
