Item received but not marked as delivered.
Sent expensive item. Tracking stopped at destination city- but evidently not scanned as delivered. Buyer acknowledged receipt of item. How can I get this marked delivered? I’m afraid he can return or claim not delivered.

Mentor1 year agoIf the buyer had wanted to cause problems, the buyer probably would not have acknowledged receipt of the item at all.
No matter what the tracking says, buyers have the option of returning what was received or disputing the transaction with a payment method. Tracking can be helpful, but is not a cure-all.
There is only a problem if the buyer wants to cause a problem.
