Item received but never ordered
I received an item with an order receipt from Ebay, but I haven't purchased anything on Ebay in years. It is impossible to submit a direct question to Ebay. The receipt does not indicate which method of payment, but I've checked all my accounts, and there is no indication I've been charged for anything. But I'm assuming someone paid this seller for this item, and for some reason it got shipped to me. Any suggestions as to how I can remedy this issue?
