Item rec'd was different than purchased
I purchased a green blouse, short sleeved, and received a black long sleeved, with hot pink striping. Ebay 'investigated', seller provided tracking, said it was delivered, and EBay has dismissed my case. I told ebay the wrong item was sent, etc. I do not understand why I cannot get help, a refund, or/AND especially more looking into this?! I have the original USPS packaging, and wrong item. Any thoughts or suggestions? I have spent a lot of money here. Thank you!
