Item ready to ship, buyer wants local pickup. How do I cancel Shipping Label.

Hi,I have a order ready to drop off at the local Post Office and the buyer wants to pick it up.

How do I cancel the Shipping Label and list it as delivered?

I looked at the other questions but they all seem related to buyer wants to change to local pickup before label is printed. Mine is ready to ship.

Thanks for the help, been selling for years and never had this happen.

You can void the label you printed -

Go to Manage shipping labels.
Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select More Actions, and then select Void.
Choose your reason for voiding the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer.
Select Void shipping label.

You will have no way to mark the item delivered, but in your list of sold items you can select mark as shipped to remove the item from your waiting for shipment list.
