Item questions
Anybody else but having issues with questions that are answered and won't reduce the count - or - get a question, try to answer and eBay says it is over 90 days old (and I just received it).
Was working well until someone tried to "fix" it.

Mentor3 years ago@terryfoushee I have seen that error around for a long time and personally have experienced it a few times.
I find that if I don't click on the message notification next to the listing and just go to All Messages that I can access the message with no error.
Then to remove the notice that you still have a message go back to the active listings page and select mark as answered from the drop down menu next to the item. I know this creates an extra step but it's what works until eBay gets the bug pinned down.
