Item purchased was not item sent
I bought a high end security camera Axis Q6078. The seller sent the item in the correct packaging and I put it away on my shelf as inventory. When I actually went to set it up it was an older model Axis Q6055. Is there any recourse I have with the seller. I reached out to them but they have not responded and I am unable to open a request with ebay or even leave feedback on for the seller because the order is too old.

OP2 years agoI am not looking for money back necessarily but I would like to let ebay know what this seller did. I would think they would like to know that and maybe address it. Or at least let me leave negative feedback

There is nothing that Ebay can do at this point.
Feedback can be left up to 60 days.

Ebay's Money Back Guarantee is valid for 30 days from date of delivery. That is why buyers are encouraged to examine/test items within that time frame.
Paypal allows disputes up to 180 days from date of purchase if you used Paypal.
Or you can contact your funding source you used to pay for the item.
