Item purchased, tracking to my home, tracking number with no items received. Does not show up on eBa
I purchased two items from a seller, I tracked the order to my place. When checking USPS, there was A 3 x 3" piece of plastic, with a tracking number on it And the card inside asking for a rating. The seller was paid $94.38. I attempted to go through eBay, but for some reason Although everything comes up As eBay and headings, seller, website. eBay Does not show the items bought through their website.
I contacted the seller outside of the website as I could not access him within the website. Explaining the situation, you claimed it it They were damaged and shipping. And offered to send them through again, or refund my purchase. I have a gang contacted him, with no response.
I have photos, tracking, information on the seller, but All attempts to involve eBay have failed. I would like any help possible.

OP2 years agoAlthough I am a member of eBay, I may have used guest. Those were very helpful. I will pursue those options. Thank you for your response!

Make sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the original purchase. Find the transaction in your Purchase History and go from there.
If you received something other than what you ordered, file a "not as described" return and be prepared to return the item. If the seller does not provide prepaid return shipping with tracking and refund you upon return, after three business days ask eBay to step in and refund you.
If you are unable to find the transaction in your Purchase History, is it possible you purchased as a guest? Guest purchases are treated differently. In that case, sign out of your current eBay account and use the link in the email that eBay sent regarding the guest order.
