Item purchased. Says delivered

Question

I purchased an item February 3, which does not show in my queue because it only goes to February 23.
I completely forgot I ordered the item until I got a notification that it was delivered on May 10, over a month later, and it was not delivered.

I am unable to reach the seller on this issue as there is no area to contact the seller.

eBay chat site is of no help as my item is more than a month old.

@500roxy first, it is not the seller's responsibility for shipping companies to properly deliver packages, so u need to contact the post office.

second, i don't get why u say the order does not show and that there is no way to contact the seller and that ebay is of no help when u posted the order with all the info on that order, including 'more actions' to choose from.

You're screen shot shows it was delivered on Feb. 9th.

It's to late to do anything through Ebay.

You can try opening a case with Pay Pal or your credit card, it might be denied since tracking shows it was delivered.
