Item purchased, returned wrong address
I sold an item that was a Christmas gift to her Mother. Buyer put wrong address for her Mother. Item was returned to me.
Buyer contacted me to say she mistakingly put wrong address and wants me to reship to correct address. She is willing to pay shipping.
How do I go about that?
Does she need to request refund and repurchase?
Can she Zelle for new postage label?

Mentor2 years agoAsk for her email address and send her a PayPal invoice for the cost of reshipping. Tell her to make sure to pay with the correct address.
