item Purchased, paid not received
On February 28th, was the winner of item ............2019 CAT 304 E2 CR
Spoke with Seller Got invoice, including Shipping.
Paid for it on the 29th ( via wire transfer ). $26,900.00
Spoke with them. Told me received the money. Mentioned will take about 10 hours to prepare machine for shipping.
March 1st. told me machine is on the way.
After over a week of checking on it via text messages, emails, phone calls, etc. Shipping problems, Truck problems, Damage to the machine, etc.
Then, No communication no response from them at all. then over three weeks later, Spoke with them, told them want my money back, they agreed.
so far today April 2nd. nothing, no machine, no money.
Have try the money back guaranty from Ebay system, got no where. Have complained via Ebay, sent messages to ebay, seller, this Ebay community system. so far nothing.
