Item purchased on eBay was delivered to wrong address on US Postal Services side.

My Wife made a purchase over a month ago and item has not arrived, it was going to be a Roadblocks to for our 18 year old Autistic son.The seller stated that it was delivered on there end and when we went to post office we were told that on there end the US Post Office had delivered the package to the wrong address a few houses from us that mails and delivers box from home for work and so far the Manager states that they will call us back and still now definite answer.My question is to speak wit...

Since the USPS miss delivered the package it is their responsibility to recover the package.  You should ask the postmaster how to proceed if they cannot recover the package.
