Item purchased on Ebay not received.
Ebay advertises money back guarantee. Come to find out this is not completely true. Purchase a clock for a total of fifty dollars. Tracking show a tracking number but item not in transit. Tried to contact seller and Ebay many times. No response from seller. Only response from Ebay was the item is not cover by their money back guarantee. Then Ebay sent a message stating if not resolved by a certain date the case would be closed. Now I'm out $50 with no help or recourse.

You have 30 days after that date to open an Item Not Received case.

Mentor3 years agoWhat is the estimated delivery date shown for the item in your Purchase history? You can file an Item Not Received case as early as the following day, and up to 30 days past the estimated delivery date. If past the 30 days, file a case with Paypal if that is how you paid, or the credit card issuer if you paid with a credit card.
