Item purchased not as described but outside 30 day return window
On 12/15/25 I won an eBay auction # 18-13970-05291 in which seller titled the item as “Bachmann Spectrum 83310 HO Scale USRA Light 2-10-2 Locomotive DM & IR #2485 DCC” item ID: 389358338494. I purchased the item to display and just recently finished constructing a train display case. However, when I removed this from the box and examined this more closely to put in my display case I discovered the locomotive was actually a “Seaboard Railway” engine and not the DM&IR although the locomotive tender matches the same number in the description. Seller refuses to make things right because I'm outside the 30 day window. What actions can I take?
