Spent several hours seeking customer service help. None coming, want to speak to live person but there is no one. Purchased FALL OF CABAL LAST YEAR JULY of 2024. Shows never delievered. Kept payment. only now realized I never received the series,

please contact my email if you can help. Went through my capital one card. Maybe they can help by filing a dispute.

So you haven't received an order from over a year ago? eBay offers a 30 day guarantee. Your credit card offers a bit more than that, but no one offers a year guarantee. Sorry, but there is nothing to be done. You have waited far too long.
