Item purchased - label created

Question

I purchased an item and the status has said for several days that a label is made but there has been no more activity. The seller has 'contact seller' disabled. What do I do to find out if he has or will actually ship the item

@rockstar12140 Sellers can have handling times of 0 to 40 days. They just have to make sure that the item arrives by the last estimated delivery date stated on the listing.

The tracking is for the sellers protection to prove delivery. You are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.

Sorry your purchase didn't go smoothly. Here's how to get your money back.

Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when it is one day PAST the last estimated delivery date . If tracking shows movement I recommend waiting a week or so for postal service delays.

You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.

Select your item on this page to start a refund request:

4 business days after you file the refund request ask eBay to step in and help if the seller has not refunded you.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.
