item purchased is so dirty
i recently bought a skirt from a seller i opened it and immediately noticed a strong cigarette and old clothes smell i went to hand wash it and the water came out brown. there was no indication in the description that it was so dirty. i feel bad, what should i do?

Now that it has been washed, there is no eBay’s buyer protection.
When you received it and noticed it dirty, you should have found the item in your purchase history and opened a case for “not as describedâ€.
The seller would have been required to send a return shipping label and refund when it was returned to them.
Some sellers might just refund without you having to return it at all.
But, it’s too late for that because it was washed.
