Item purchased but not shipped and received
I was told It was request to the seller to ship the item i purchased but i didn't receive it i was given a refund Instead

Sorry that happened, if the Seller refunded you in full then they may have misplaced the item, damaged it between listing it for sale and selling it or some other reason not to ship it to you.
