Item purchased, after purchase seller said item unavailable later relisted at higher price.
I purchased an item in early June. After purchase seller contacted me that delivery would be delayed citing a health issue, I agreed to wait. After waiting the allotted time I contacted the seller with no response until I requested a refund which was then provided. This month the item is relisted for $20. More. I confirmed with the seller it’s the same item. Just wondering if I have any recourse? The item was refunded in June but has now been relisted. The item is a “buy it now†I have messaged them offering the amount I paid it June.
