My wife bought an item as a guest and it hasn’t shipped and i can’t get any assistance with eBay. They keep sending me a link telling me to register and i already have an account. I need help reaching the seller or someone from eBay to find out what’s going. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you don't have an eBay account, or didn't sign in to your account when you made a purchase, you can still request a return or report that an item hasn't arrived. Guest purchases are protected by eBay Money Back Guarantee, if all eligibility requirements are met. So if the seller doesn't respond or you're unable to resolve the issue with them, you can ask us to step in and help.
The next step is to find your order details. This would be an email sent after the order. If you don't have that email, there is a process on that page to get the details by using the email address used when the order was place.
