Item promotion
Hello I keep coming here asking for help and people keep telling me stuff I already know . They aren’t telling me what I need to hear though. My /5 hulk that should be around the 200 dollar mark atleast has been listed and promoted for about 4 days and have only had 4 unserious bidders. When I look up my card online not logged in I have to scroll about 2-3 pages to even find my card even though I have the only hulk red/5 in the whole product . People keep replying with the stuff like bids come at the last day. Yes they do about 1 or 2 that snipe my product for super cheap. If you look up any character with the same parallel even numbered to 25 that are getting way more bids and attraction. It just doesn’t make any sense that I’m paying for promotion and my listing is being hidden and I’m being screwed. IM THE ONLY HULK /5 mine should be on top especially since I’m promoting it . Is eBay a scam?

You've received the responses you need to hear to basically the same question you've been posting for almost a year now. You just aren't listening or taking action on the advice you've been given.
@rileysportscollection
Every one of your posts has been answered. Yet you are still starting your auctions at a price that is lower than you say you want to accept despite every responder advising you to raise your starting bid to the least you'd be happy with. If you think the card should sell for at least $200, why are you starting the bidding at $30?
eBay isn't determining what your cards are selling for, you and your potential buyers are.
When I search for "hulk red/5 card," your card is 31st from the top on the first page. When I search for "fantastic four hulk red/5 card," your card is #1.

OP4 months agoI completely understand what your saying and obviously it makes sense but that still doesn’t answer the fact that other people are posting the Same type of cards starting bids at .99 cents and exceeding my auction way more with less promotion and a way less sought after card. And your saying what reason my card should come up before we other peoples promotion. Maybe because I’m looking up Topps finest fantastic four hulk /5 and I am literally the only person on this world right now with that and you have to scroll 3 pages to even find it.

You don't know what keywords the buyers are using in search or what they are looking for. Some buyers use Best Match, some want to see listings ending soonest or items newly listed. You don't know what other sellers are paying in promo fees. There are so many components in the algorithms used to determine sort order, a human couldn't possibly figure it all out. eBay has over 2 billion active items listed at any time. The sort order is frequently changing as new items are listed and other items are sold.
I already stated that your card is at the top of the list when I search for "fantastic four hulk red/5 card." Your card isn't hidden. Clearly there are not enough potential buyers looking for that card to get the bidding up anywhere near where you'd like to see it. Maybe you are being too optimistic about it's value or it's demand.
Also, as advised previously by @golfingaddict, you would do well to improve your photos. I imagine many sellers scan their cards to get closer clearer shots without the light reflection.
My advice to you is to focus on what YOU can do to improve your sales rather than all the things you imagine eBay is doing to you. Sometimes you need to try different things until you find the "secret sauce."

Increase what you are paying for promoted listings.
Why should yours be at the top? If others are promoted, there is no way for everyone to be at the top.
You have been concerned about undervalued sales for at least a year now. What changes have you made to your listings?
Have you tried buy it now with best offer?
Have you tried linking your store to social media?
Have you checked for start dates and times an identified a pattern of higher prices on certain days or times?
Have you looked at other listings that are doing well to see what they may be doing that you could adopt to improve your listings?
