Item posted but not received
I sold an item on eBay back on 13th November and sent it via our local post office, having paid for postage on the eBay site and printed the postage label out.
The buyer informed me today, nearly two months later, that he hadn't received the item.
Do I just have to refund the buyer of can I claim for loss of the item somehow?
