Item picked up, now what?
The item I sold was picked up. However, when I check the listing, it shows that it's waiting to be shipped. I never indicated I'd ship, only local pickup. How do I update it to show that the item was picked up?

Mentor3 years agoAsk the buyer to send you the 6 digit code that eBay sent him in the payment confirmation email. Enter the code through the app. This will mark the item as picked up.
If you can’t get the code, select ‘mark as shipped’ in your list of sold items. You can not manually mark it received or picked up.

OP3 years agoThanks! After clicking on various links, I ended up on a page that allowed me to mark it as picked up. I wish I could tell you how I got to that page, but I just stumbled on it. Me thinks this could be improved.
