Item payed for via pay pal, but not listed in my E Bay purchases! Can't connect the two!
I purchased coffee on Ebay, payed with PayPal. No listing in my Ebay purchases. Can't use any of the PayPal numbers to find Item, seller, transaction. No way to show item in requests for rebate as no purchase listing in Ebay, only Paypal. Can't find a way to connect the two....
HELP!

You have inadvertently purchased as a Guest.
First, you are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Next, you may have inadvertently purchased as a Guest so you will have to log OUT of your eBay account to do anything with the Guest purchase. The email you received should have a link for you and this Help page will assist you as well: Buying as a guest | eBay
On a side note, Guest purchases cannot be merged with an eBay account nor can you leave Feedback on the transaction.
