Item past delivery estimate, not shipped
I ordered an item over three weeks ago. The item is past delivery estimate, not even shipped. I’ve left three messages for the seller and no response from them. Not able to cancel order. I’m in a cycle of, “report item not arrived - item might arrive - contact seller - repeatâ€. I want eBay to step in but can’t seem to get past this frustrating block. Any help for getting in contact with an actual person who can help would be greatly appreciated.

Mentor2 years agoIf you have filed an "item not received" case with eBay within thirty days after the last estimated delivery date, if the seller does not provide tracking that shows delivery or refund you within three business days of starting the case, ask eBay to step in and refund you.
