Item paid for but no notification
I ordered an iPad case and my VISA shows it was charged the $39.99. I never received an email showing the order was shipped. Who do I contact to get a refund?

When did you purchase the item?
What is the Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) that is shown in your Purchase History?
You will be able to file an ‘Item not received’ claim from your Purchase History on the day after the EDD.

OP1 year agoLooking at My eBay, there is no record of this item being purchased. There is no EDD shown and I never received a confirmation email from eBay which is supposed to be sent to me confirming the order I placed. My VISA shows $39.99 sent to PAYPAL *CASEBUS CAST8BE with a transaction date of May 5. I am about ready to contact VISA and dispute that charge if eBay doesn't give me satisfaction.

It sounds like you may not have purchased the item through eBay … but rather directly from the seller through a PayPal invoice.
If that’s the case … then eBay can’t help you. You’d have to deal directly with the seller to ask if it shipped … and to file a claim (if needed) with either PayPal or Visa.

OP1 year agoI was at the eBay website when I found what I wanted and placed placed the order by clicking buy now. There was no indication that eBay wasn't going to fulfill the order and it was being shuttled off to some bogus Paypal site. I have never had eBay do this to me.
