Item paid for but never sent
I paid for 6 dinner plates in 1 order. I have verified the payment went through. The seller has not sent the package & has never contacted me. I have tried to get Ebay to help but here I am nearly a month later & still no refund.

Mentor2 weeks agoGo to your Purchase history and locate the item. Look at the estimated delivery date. When it is at least 1 day past that date, but not more than 30 days past, you can file a refund request for Item Not Received. The seller will have 3 days to respond with either a tracking number showing Delivered or refund you in full. If the seller does neither, on day 4, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
If it is past the 30 days, you can contact your credit card issuer, if that is how you paid, about a charge back. Most credit card issuers can help for up to 180 days from the transaction.

OP2 weeks agoThere is no estimated delivery date. The only date is June 30, when I paid. I paid using paypal. I checked all the records & the money went through. But nothing seemed to update from the seller and no communication from them.

Mentor2 weeks agoIt's been 3 weeks since you paid, so I would go ahead and file the Item Not Received case now.
