I have email from eBay with transaction ID and invoice ID but ebay says I haven't ordered anything and it has been 9 days since I placed the order

Mentor3 years agoIs it possible that you made the purchase as a guest?
Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request.
