Item Ordered, eBay Confirmation Email Received, Payment Made, Order Not in Syatem
Dec. 30 - Ordered item - NOS vintage parts.
Dec. 30 - Received confirmation email from eBay with an order number, item cost, shipping and tax invoiced and expected delivery Jan 3-7.
Dec. 31 - Payment processed from my charge account thru Apple Pay, order paid on my part.
Jan. 1 - Review my eBay account and the order number is not found in my orders or in the eBay system while other orders processed after this one are found in the system and indicated as pending. Entering the order in their search box yields nothing also.
Jan. 1 - eBay search finds the item still listed for sale by the same seller.
Jan. 2 - Message seller through eBay questioning if they received my order request for processing.
Jan. 3 - No reply from the seller. Through the eBay app I can find no way to request customer service since the order number on their confirmation email is not found in their system for me to reference.
How do I contact customer service directly without having a valid order number to reference??
