item ordered but not received even though UPS confirms delivery.
A package was suppose to have been delivered to me but it wasn't. I ordered something though ebay. The tracking number I got confirms it was delivered and that it was left with someone named Tony. I live alone so no one named Tony lives with me. I opened a case with ebay and ebay closed the case because UPS confirmation shows a delivery. I go to file a claim with UPS on line but they want the phone number of the shipper but shipper doesn't post a phone number so I can't file the claim. Now what can I do?
