Item ordered as guest

Question

I ordered an item as a guest. I haven't received it. I have a copy of the order but it can't be found on ebay. I contacted seller. They haven't shipped it but have charged me. I need help. How to send a message outside of the email menu they post. I can't find a way to get in touch with them, they want me to go through the order and access them through the page but the order cannot be found on ebay yet I have a copy of the order.
