Item ordered and paid for; item did not get shipped; seller ghosting me

06/06/2023: my card was charged
07/01/2023: seller did not ship item, and has ghosted me.
07/01/2023: item does not appear in my account.
How can I get my refund? what link in ebay?

Go to your Purchase history, on that item you can file a claim that you never received the item. You have 30 days from the original estimated delivery date to file the claim. Follow the instructions on the claim, it will lead to an eventual refund.
