Item ordered and paid for but it arrived broken and eBay has no record of the order

Question

I ordered a car bug deflector and paid over $100 for it. It arrived weeks later badly damaged. The vendor, MTX Performance has 'ghosted' me and the order and part numbers that eBay sent me on the invoice do not exist. I need to get in touch eBay to get my money refunded and the seller sanctioned for fraudulent behaviour but there's nothing on the eBay help site that allows me to notify eBay without the order and/or parts number. HELP ANYONE!

I am sorry that happened! No need to talk to the seller.

You should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Damaged or Defective Item", "Missing Parts & Pieces" OR "Different from what I ordered > Didn't Match Description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.
