You only had 30 days from the last estimated delivery date shown in your order details, to file an Item Not Received (INAD) dispute. That time has long since passed, and most likely so has the time that you could have filed a charge back claim with your credit card.
You really should know by now how the Money Back Guarantee (MBG) works and the time frames for using it.
