Item Order
Hallo im a new seller, so i got my first cust , she said already paid the item and got the order id but in my "All order" page there's no order made, please help me coz i dont wanna miss my first custmer, tq

Mentor1 year agoDo not ship until ebay sends you confirmation the buyer paid and it is ok to ship to the address ebay supplies.
If you do not get this confirmation then buyer did not pay and may be trying to trick you into shipping. If that's the case, on the fourth day cancel the transaction for non-payment from the drop down menu next to the item and relist.
