    Item nvr received and cancellation was rejected by seller
                     

    I have tried multiple times to communicate with a seller on an item that I never received. I tried cancelling the order and the seller rejected the cancellation. It is now past the 30 day window apparently for Ebays money back guarantee. I don't know what to do at this point. Any assistance would be appreciated.

    If you are more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date shown on your purchase history for the item then you need to go to your payment source and ask about a charge back.

    Thank you for the quick post. I finally did get a call back from Ebay and they started a case with the seller. They have till Friday I guess. I will definitely get with my pay source too JIC! Thank you, great answer!

    DON'T go to your payment source for help unless eBay closes the case in the seller's favor. Once you go to your payment source, eBay will no longer help.
