Hello! I was sent a part of the purchased item in a used and damaged condition.
I am in another country (Republic of Georgia). And the return from here is associated with additional costs, which the seller should fairly pay, since he deceived me. The return case was not discussed with the purchase and there were no conditions. This has been going on for the second month, the seller did not send the goods for a very long time and sent it only after my letter to him. I've never been so afraid to buy that like this time. Long waited and received the used part. This device is needed for hygienic procedures and I did not want to buy it used. Please help me get my money back. Or let him send a really new product in the kit as indicated on the box.
